Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to provide the largest online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print in all sizes, so most pieces are printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since most canvas prints are custom, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
Home decor or in-stock items: We are proud to offer a 7 day return policy.
Customers are responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address during checkout. in the case where the delivery is refused by the recipient, or the shipping address is incorrect, the delivery will be sent back to us. In these instances additional restocking fees will apply to have your order reshipped.
During the holidays, preparation and delivery may take slightly longer due to an increased volume of orders. We appreciate your patience.
Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance or changes to the shipping address. Issues with delivery are rare, and we recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. Evoked is not responsible for delays caused byt he shipping carriers or lost packages due to address errors.
