Die Cut Custom Vinyl Stickers

A: For 1/8" white border we add a white border around your artwork, this is the most common choice. For a full bleed we cut 1/8" into the image , for this option it requires you to add a 1/8" bleed to your artwork. When we cut the sticker we will cut inside that bleed so that your image goes edge to edge.  

Q: What's the difference between die-cut stickers and kiss-cut stickers?

A: Our highly customizable custom cut out stickers make a lasting impression. Die-cut stickers are precisely cut to the custom shape of your design, so there will be a lot less white space around your artwork and it will be to the shape of the image, giving it a clean, precise cut. Kiss-cut stickers have extra material around them. This is handy for when passing out at events or piling on a table, it's easier for picking up quickly.

Q: What are the benefits of die-cut stickers?

A: Die-cut stickers set your brand apart by adding the unique shape of your design to the vinyl. This gives a more professional finished look to your stickers. Our custom die-cut stickers art printed on a genuine HP Latex printer, making them perfect for indoor or outdoor use, meaning they are dishwasher and car safe. Q: What material can I order custom die-cut stickers in?

A: Our standard die-cut stickers can be ordered in permanent white vinyl material, removable white vinyl (perfect for floor stickers), and permanent holographic vinyl. 

Q: What is the difference between removable and permanent vinyl?

A: Removable vinyl have a weaker adhesive meant for short term usage such as floor stickers, window graphics, etc. They are removable without heat and do not leave any residue. Permanent vinyl is meant for more long term solutions such as water bottles, bumper stickers, etc. Permanent vinyl is removable but may require a heat gun, razor blade, and rubbing alcohol or solvent to remove any residue.

Q: What format can I use my artwork for die-cut stickers?

A: Please upload your artwork as a PNG, Gif or PDF. If your artwork is a PDF, you can also include your own die-cut line if you wish so you can get the cut you’re looking for.

Q: I want to create my sticker at 5.25”x3.75” in size. Can I do this or do you have standard, or minimum sizes only?

A: This can be done at no extra cost! You can upload your artwork down to the 0.1” size you need. In terms of minimum size, in our sticker editor, the smallest you can order them at is 1”x1”. Need smaller? Contact sales@evoked.ca

Q: Can I use a photo as my artwork for my die-cut waterproof stickers?

A: As long as the photo is high enough resolution it should be good! If you want to make sure, contact sales@evoked.ca and we can look into it with you.
