EGHNĀ (stage name born from the word engentar). She is a young Italian artist born in Rome in 1991. As a child, her family quickly realized that she loved art, as she daubed all the walls of her house and drew all the time on everything in her hands. At school she would peel off the first and last pages of her notebooks, the thicker ones, to draw cartoons in pencil. Influenced by a family of artists. An artist who often preferred solitude, a joyful solitude, who loved painting as much as poetry and found refuge and happiness in her art. She finished school and the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. A lover of fluorescent acrylics, bright colors, she paints mostly cartoons that transport to beautiful childhood memories, she also paints portraits of international icons, but she also loves abstract painting and the charm of city paintings. An artist who loves poetry, she writes a lot, and her textures are layers upon layers of paint between acrylic, spray, marker, pastels, where words, phrases or numbers come together, spontaneous flashes or glimpses of artist EGHNĀ' poetry.
She writes poems phrases words allusions on sheets of paper and then brings them to life in her canvases. Almost all of her works were painted at the sea, at the beach, unfailingly her palm tree symbol that shows up on each of her works. Her favorite artist is Jean-Michel Basquiat and she draws inspiration from him in some of her works. Today she participates in exhibitions in Rome in galleries where she shows some of her works and thousands of other works are scattered mainly in Europe - Miami - Hong Kong - Las Vegas. She collaborates with European galleries. EGHNĀ' art is constantly moving and ready to achieve great things.
