How to Prepare Your Artwork for Printing

  1. Choose a file format. We recommend saving your artwork as a PNG or PDF.
  2. Make sure the image resolution is at least 300 DPI for best results.
  3. Always use the CMYK colour model for the most accurate colour matching, but don't worry we can use RGB files. 
  4. If you follow these simple steps, your artwork will be ready for printing your amazing banners!

Q: Are they paper or vinyl?

A: At Evoked, we don't cut corners, all our retractable banners are printed on 13oz super smooth vinyl banner material, water proof no lamination required.

Q: Can I Put Multiple Banner Designs in the Same Order?

A: Yes! To include multiple banner designs in one order, please ensure:

  • If designs are the same size place your order online.
  • If the designs are various sizes please email or call us for a quote.

When placing your order online, select the total number of banners needed for all designs. Afterward, email all design files to sales@evoked.ca, specifying the breakdown for each design (e.g., 4 designs with 2 copies each).

Q: Is the storage bag included?

A: We include storage bags with all our banner stands for FREE.
